Hi, I'm Matt — I'll be the one on your roof
RinzUP is owner-operated. When you book, you get me and my crew — not a subcontractor I've never met, and not a call centre.
Why I started RinzUP
I live in Everett, and the exterior-cleaning problem here is not a mystery — it rains most of the year, everything grows moss, and the north side of every house goes green. What surprised me was how many neighbours had been quoted for a pressure wash on a roof that needed a soft wash, or waited a week for a callback that never came.
So RinzUP is built around the two things I kept hearing people wanted: a straight answer on price without phone tag, and a crew that uses the right method for the surface. That's why the whole site is wired to a60-second instant quote, and why we soft wash roofs and siding instead of blasting them.
On the job, not in an office
I'm on site for the work. That is not a marketing line — it is the thing customers mention most in reviews. Steve C. put it as"Matt was there from beginning to end." The Qiu family have had us back for multiple properties. Teresa S. booked more work within weeks of the first job.
