Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, property address or ZIP code, and details about the work you want done. You provide this when you request an instant quote, message us through the website chat, fill out a form, or call or text us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time spent — using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your estimate
• To schedule visits and services, and to send confirmations and reminders
• To respond to your questions and provide customer service
• To send occasional service reminders and offers, where you have agreed to receive them
• To improve our website and understand which marketing brings customers to us
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and occasional offers.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only by RinzUP Exterior Cleaning to communicate with you, and are shared only with the service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf.

• Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and website analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, to measure how it is used, and to measure the performance of our advertising. This includesGoogle Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set cookies and record actions such as pages viewed, a quote started or completed, or a tap on our phone number. This helps us understand which ads bring us real customers, and may be used to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from getting a quote or booking work with us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, and only as needed to do their job:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer records, messaging and website chat
• Google — website analytics
• Meta — advertising measurement
• Payment and scheduling providers — where you book and pay for work

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. If you have asked us not to contact you, we keep the minimum record needed to honour that request.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Access or deletion: email matt@rinzup.comand we will provide a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use your information will be made clear.
